Refund and Returns Policy

Application Time
All return and refund applications shall be submitted within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your parcel. We will not accept any return requests exceeding the time limit.

Eligible Return Items
Only unused, undamaged products with original boxes, labels and complete accessories can be returned. Customized goods, clearance items, products damaged by improper use or man-made destruction are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shipping Fee Rule

• If you return goods due to personal preference, size mismatch or unwanted orders: buyers need to afford all round-trip shipping fees.
• If returns are caused by our quality problems, wrong item shipment or missing parts: we will take full responsibility for return shipping cost.
